Food Grade PTFE Coatings

KG manufactures a range of non-stick Teflon coatings which show both excellent non-stick and durability. These coatings are unique in that the one Top Coat can be used with different base coats to provide different properties. All material used in the formulation of our PTFE coatings are listed in the FDA Guidelines 21 CFR 175 subsection for material suitable for direct food contact.

KG-617 Single Coat PTFE - KG-617 is water reducible specially designed for coating aluminum cookware, both pre and post formed. This coating offers superior adhesion from other single coat PTFE coatings and also excellent stain and release qualities.
